If you used the weed killer Roundup and have certain forms of cancer, a lawsuit against the chemical manufacturer Monsanto could mean money for you and your family. It could come from settlements resulting from class action lawsuits.
Many of us throughout Alabama have used the weed killer. The top groups affected seem to be landscapers, farm workers and homeowners.
Problem with Roundup
A chemical in Roundup has been linked to blood cancer including non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
Common symptoms of non-Hodgkin lymphoma include swollen or enlarged lymph nodes, distended stomach, pain around the midsection, cough, fever, night sweats and chronic fatigue.

There are literally thousands of cases now against the weed killer. It is likely that Monsanto, and its current owner Bayer, will offer a settlement to victims. They do this to stop the individual lawsuits.
Now Roundup will not willingly part with large sums of money. There will be battles by lawyers on both sides, but it looks like the end may be in sight.
